Located in the Food Republic of Manulife Centre is Chirashi Tei, a Japanese eatery (it has another branch in Orchard) which serves relatively affordable Japanese food. One of their feature items is a really affordable 9.90 SGD Bara Chirashi-don, rice topped with seafood cubes. Quite decent for a seafood fix.
