Unlike the previous flight to Bangkok, this flight features their longhaul business class product which you can check out in more detailed reviews here and here. If you are intending to cash in your miles for Cathay Pacific business class in Asia. Try to go for their longhaul product if possible, which would take a bit of luck and some research to get the right flights. According to the discussions online, if the seats are arranged in 1-1-1 or 1-2-1, it is probably the longhaul product.

Lunch is served on this flight and due to the flight time, it is served at one go rather than in courses.

We have a choice of Slow Braised Beef Cheek, Pork in Thai Ka Praow Style with Kailan and Oriental Fried Rice or Three Cup Chicken with kailan, gingko nuts, carrots and Steamed Jasmine Rice.Cathay Pacific takes pride in their Chinese cuisine from what I remembered, thus I picked the Three Cup Chicken.

You get to pick what kind of bread you want, I picked garlic bread.

The appetizer is a Thai Marinated Seafood Salad which was really tasty. 

Loved the touch of lime juice.

The Three Cup Chicken was average though. 

The rice was on the dry side but the sauce from the chicken stew helped.

And Haagen-Dazs ice cream to finish the meal.

Shortly after lunch, we are back in Singapore.
